Tips For Booking a Photo Booth For Your Wedding

  1. What does the ACTUAL photo booth look like? A lot of companies may use stock photos or vague descriptions on their sites. Nothing worse than walking into your event with a surprise eye sore or something you simply didn’t want.
  2. What booth is right for you? Open booths are great for large group photos. They are open so guests can see the all the fun happening. Enclosed booths are generally more intimate and give that nostalgic feel. They are perfect for 2-4 people.
  3. Will there be an attendant with the booth? Although most photo booths are fully automated Grandma may not know what to do or your BFF’s son may take off with some of the props when no one is looking. Make sure the package includes someone on site to greet and interact with your guests.
  4. Check out online reviews and other resources besides the company website. A reputable company should have reviews and mentions on sites other than their personal website.
  5. Is there a backup plan? Small part-time photo booth companies may only have one set up or only a couple employees. Be sure to ask if there is a plan in place for system issues or sick employees.
  6. What’s included and what is extra? Make sure all your needs are met and you know what it’s going to cost. Everyone hates that fine print…
