Since opening in 2007, we’ve noticed that some couples tend to ask us questions about our venue. Here are some of our most frequently asked questions and our answers.

Book Your Tour Here

To reserve a date email us at either email address below saying you are ready to book your date if it is still available. We suggest you email us stating you are ready to book your preferred date. Prior to booking a date, we hope you are able visit Jones Crossing in person, though an in person tour is not required prior to booking a date. Dates are reserved on a first come first served basis. Whomever has requested to start the contract process from us by email first for a specific date will receive that date.

Nope! The Jones Crossing team handles setting up, tearing down and cleaning up your event at no additional charge to you.

  • Jones Crossing accepts cash, personal check, cashiers check, money order and credit card (credit cards will incur a 3.5% processing fee).
  • Initial deposit is due when you are ready to secure your date at Jones Crossing and your contract is signed.
  • Second payment is due six months prior to your event date.
  • Final full payment is due four weeks prior to your event date.
  • Additional payments are accepted outside of the six month and four week payment essentially creating your own payment plan. Please include names of the couple and wedding date in the memo line if you are mailing a check.
  • We also reserve the right to hold a credit card on file for any damages to the facility or property.

Though we want you and your guests to have the night of your lives, Indiana state law does not allow for any outside alcohol to be brought onto our property (this also means the parking lot). Please ask us for our bar packages and pre-ceremony bar packages, Jones Crossing can customize to fit your needs.  Any outside alcohol found on Jones Crossing property will forfeit all of the hosts security deposit.

We don’t charge extra to be able to have the ceremony indoors in front of our white lighted backdrop if weather doesn’t allow us to be outside.   See our wedding pricing!

YES, WE DO! Though Jones Crossing honors ALL veteran and military personnel, we reserve this discount for our brides and grooms only.

Yes, we do. Must be the bride or groom/client.

We do accept credit cards, however, there is a $10 minimum to use a card. Patrons are able to start a tab by leaving the credit card with the bartender until they are ready to close out. All credit card transactions are subject to a 20% bar service fee on the total amount.

If you would like to make a video to display on the projector screen, please ask for pricing. Pricing is subject to change at any time.

If you have an outside DJ, we have a reasonable rate to use the projector for any videos or specialty dances. Pricing is subject to change at any time.

All funds are non-refundable.

Yes you can, we just have a few rules! We ask that you provide the sparklers, lighters, and a tin to collect the used ones. We take pride in the appearance of our venue, if sparklers or debris is left after the send off, our couples security deposit would be forfeited.

We would recommend choosing Squealers, Five East, Chicago’s Pizza, Gray’s Cafeteria, The Coachman, Stone Creek, or Olive Garden.

Yes, for the outdoor wedding, but please have a friend take him/her home after the ceremony.

Yes, we do allow outside licensed catering (for special circumstances only).  Please ask us for pricing.

You are welcome to bring in snacks and waters for the suites while getting ready.

For the reception, however, family and friends crock pots and homemade dinners from home are not permitted.

Jones Crossing wants to give full attention to our special couples. We only host one wedding per day to ensure the day is YOURS!
