How to start the venue tour process
Schedule a tour with us.

If you have a few quick questions, you can also use the chat bubble in the bottom right of your screen. Olivia will respond as quickly as possible. If you don’t get a response immediately, please drop your email address so she can follow up later.
Now that you have your tour scheduled, it is time to plan for the actual tour.
Be sure to be prepared with your questions about how we handle ceremonies, receptions, if we have any active deals that you may qualify for, or anything else that you’ll be comparing other venues against us.
Bring a notebook or digital to take notes so you don’t have to remember everything. You will be super busy with this process. Don’t rely on your memory for important details.
Block out enough time
Please expect 30 minutes to 1 hour for your grand tour. We will give you a tour of our facility and then sit down and go over our packages with you. You will have an estimate by the end of our tour. (You won’t have to wait for days to get your estimate!)
Invite your MVP’s
Who should be invited on your tour? Come alone or bring the whole family. We would love to meet the bride and groom and their families. They will be a big part of your big day, and they are welcome to join you!
Take photos & create albums for each venue you tour
Feel free to take as many pictures as you like along the tour. We would like to be your only venue toured, but we know that you are a smart shopper and will likely tour others. Taking photos of each venue will help you make your decisions as you get closer to making your selection.
Bring payment to secure your date
When you know, you know. If you decide on your tour that we are the venue for you, be sure to have options to hold your date available to you. Bring cash, check, or credit card to secure your date and our venue at Jones Crossing.
Get the Grand Experience
See it all! Leave no stone unturned. You want to schedule a tour of the venue to get the grand experience. You want to be able to see our ballroom, outdoor courtyard, bride and groom suites, the bar, and more. Let us show you around!
Create a vision board to share
We want to know more about your vision for your wedding day. Sometimes it is hard to explain in words what you hope to see. Creating vision boards for your wedding using social media platforms like Pinterest can be very, very helpful. Please take some time to save some of your favorite color palettes, decorations, seating arrangements, cakes, lighting options, and centerpieces so we can help bring your vision to life!
Get comfortable with your wedding team
Lastly but not least, you should feel comfortable with not only our venue, but also with the team who will be behind the wedding day of your dreams.
